Your professional leadership companion — light, bite-sized, and centered on the capital that drives everything: relationships. One card at a time. Interruptions welcome; Steward remembers where you were.
Steward is provided to partner schools. Sign in with your school account.
STEWARD BY NURENN INC. Your data system tells you what happened. Steward tells you what's about to. Your browser's start page · your inbox at 7:00 · your calendar's quiet keeper. FERPA-aligned by design.
Optional — and you can change it anytime. This only changes the suggestions Steward shows you. It has nothing to do with your title, your standing, or who sees your work.
How Steward works
One card at a time. Never a wall. Tap the pills to move between flows, or just hit Next.
Today’s Move — a “move” is one small, concrete action toward a relationship, not a task list. Under 15 minutes, prep steps included. Do it, log it, done. That’s the whole ask.
Goals keep you thinking ahead — today, this week, this term. One line each.
Teamwork is the shared work — your team’s list (your Lead locks it in; you claim, never get assigned sideways), events in lanes, and every meeting’s takeaways, tasks, inquiry, study focus, and deliverables.
The Compass is one reflective question a week from Humble & Hungry, NuRenN’s practice for self-aware, thoughtful practitioners. One honest line is enough.
The Orbit is every tool you’re assigned, one tap away — plus anything you add yourself.
Everything saves instantly. Get interrupted mid-anything — Steward remembers exactly where you were.
Keep it one tap away. Laptop — use Chrome or Edge: look for the install icon in the address bar — a small screen with a down-arrow, on the right side — and click Install. Steward becomes a desktop app you can pin to the taskbar beside Outlook. (Or: three-dot menu → Cast, Save and Share → Install page as app.) iPhone/iPad (Safari): tap Share → Add to Home Screen → Add. Works perfectly on iPhone. Android (Chrome): three-dot menu → Install app. Add Steward to my Home Screen →
Steward never assigns work across teams. It helps you ask. Only Partners direct work between teams — everyone else invites, offers, and checks capacity first. If two asks collide, that goes to a Partner, not through a colleague.
Your Compass and your record are yours alone. Leadership sees building-level progress — never your reflections, never a name-by-name scoreboard.
A few words we use: a flag is an early sign a family might need support — raising one routes it to the Dean’s Team, never to a record. A save is a family who stayed because someone reached out. The record is yours — it shows your consistency, and it belongs to you.
