Steward never assigns work across teams. It helps you ask. Only Partners direct work between teams — everyone else invites, offers, and checks capacity first. If two asks collide, that goes to a Partner, not through a colleague.

A few words we use: a flag is an early sign a family might need support — raising one routes it to the Dean\u2019s Team, never to a record. A save is a family who stayed because someone reached out. The record is yours — it shows your consistency, and it belongs to you.
